Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to bring any claims against Education Station exclusively in the courts of Alberta. If any provision of these terms of use proves unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
No Solicitation
No part of the site should be taken to constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell products or services outside North America.
Compliance with Laws
You agree that your use of the site shall not violate any applicable local, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law. Payment
Orders must be accompanied by active Visa or Mastercard account information and complete shipping and contact information. Some institutional customers may obtain credit. Please call us to obtain a credit application or go to the contact us section of this website to email your request. Overdue accounts will be charged 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on amounts past due.
Pricing
All prices posted online are current Canadian prices. All prices are subject to change due to increases in producer price changes, fluctuations in the foreign exchange rate, increases in shipping and fuel surcharges and other increases beyond our control. In case of increase in prices or shipping, we shall notify you prior to shipment for confirmation. Education Station.ca is not responsible for typographical errors. Errors will be corrected and pricing will be updated in a timely manner.

Taxes
Prices on this website do not include any federal, provincial or state taxes. These taxes will be added to your invoice at the appropriate rate. All items in this website are subject to GST. If your institution is exempt from GST or HST you must submit an exemption certificate via fax or mail with each order.
Warranties
Warranties cover structural damage under normal use. This does not include damage to the finish of the item. Proof of purchase is required.
