Shipping Charges For Canadian Orders
Our standard method of shipping within Canada is by CANADA POST or COURIER, as determined by our shipper. Shipments leave our Edmonton warehouse during regular business hours and are delivered Monday-Friday. It can take approximately 3-7 business days once it has been shipped depending on the destination of the shipment. We ask our customers provide a physical address when possible. Preferably a business or school address to allow for daytime delivery. Canada Post will deliver to PO Boxes. COURIERS do not deliver to PO Box #'s or to some remote areas of Canada** (see note)
Shipping charges for small items are a standard 10% of your order with a minimum charge of $12.00. The shipping charge may be reduced at our discretion if the 10% exceeds the actual charge. All shipping charges will be added to your receipt & shipped to you pre-paid. If you are ordering large items such as furniture, carpets or other items that indicate "extra shipping charges apply", an additional 5% large item surcharge will be applied. Some items that can only be shipped by truck fall outside of the standard shipping policy and may require a freight quote and you will be contacted. Power-tailgate, extra delivery personnel and inside delivery service is available at an additional charge. Occasionally products may be shipped direct from the manufacturer and you will be contacted with freight quote prior to shipping.

**Note: Shipments destined to PO Box #’s, remote locations or that require special shipping arrangements or truck service only may incur additional shipping charges and you will be contacted with a quote. If a PO Box # is all you can provide we will send your order via Canada Post for small shipments.
Edmonton and area Customers
All shipping charges are waived on orders that are picked up at our warehouse or retail locations. We are pleased to offer Edmonton and area customers truck delivery of furniture and oversized items for a small delivery fee if required. Orders over $500 will be delivered free of charge within Edmonton.
Shipping Outside of Canada
Education Station does not ship outside of Canada at this time.
PRODUCT AVAILABLITY - TIME FRAME FOR SHIPPING ORDERS
Orders are normally processed the following business day and we will endeavor to ship your order as soon as possible. During high volume times it may take longer. With over 15,000 products in our catalogue & on our website, there are occasions when product is out of stock or may not be a regular stocked item. Out of stock items, furniture, and/or special order items can take upwards of approximately 2-4 weeks to come in from our vendors. Once they have arrived at our warehouse, we will ship your order out as soon as possible, usually within a few days. Occasionally items will take longer to get depending on the re-order schedule or availability at our suppliers. To better accommodate you we may "split ship" your order and ship the back-ordered items in 2-3 weeks. You will be contacted if there are any significant delays to your order.
If you require faster shipping service, please call and ask for our warehouse manager and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. Express shipments will incur higher shipping charges.
