Shipping Charges For Canadian Orders
Our standard method of shipping is via CANPAR courier within Canada. Shipments leave our warehouse bi-weekly and are delivered by CANPAR Mon-Friday during daytime business hours and can take 3-7 business days depending on the destination of the shipment. We ask our customers provide a physical address when possible. Preferably a business or school address to allow for daytime delivery. Canpar DOES NOT deliver to PO Box #’s or to some remote areas of Canada** (see note)
All shipping charges are based on CANPAR rates. Shipping charges are a standard 10% of your order with a minimum charge of $9.00. If the actual shipping charge exceeds the 10% you will be contacted and billed accordingly. The shipping charge may be reduced at our discretion if the 10% exceeds the actual charge. All shipping charges will be added to your receipt & shipped to you pre-paid. If you are ordering large items such as furniture, carpets or other items that indicate “extra shipping charges apply”, these products may be shipped direct from the manufacturer and you will be contacted with a freight quote prior to shipping. Please provide a daytime phone number.
**Note: If a PO Box # is all you can provide we will send your order via Canada Post. Shipments by Canada Post only go out once a week and may take longer to get to you. These shipments may incur additional charges for Canada Post service as their rates are higher than CANPAR.
Shipping Charges for USA Orders
All our US orders (with the exception of French materials) are shipped from our US warehouse and our standard method of shipping is via UPS. Shipping charges are a standard 10% of your order with a minimum charge of $11.50. UPS delivers during regular business hours Mon-Fri and will not deliver to a PO Box #. This service takes 2-10 business days depending on stock availability and destination of the shipment.
International Shipments
International orders are shipped out of our US warehouse. Once your order is placed we will email you with a shipping quote for your approval. There is a $50.00 order minimum for international shipments.
PRODUCT AVAILABLITY – TIME FRAME FOR SHIPPING ORDERS
We will endeavor to ship your order as soon as possible. However, with over 15,000 products in our catalogue & on our website, there are occasions when product is back ordered. Depending on stock availability, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-15 business days. To better accommodate you we may “split ship” your order and ship the back-ordered items in 2-3 weeks. Some orders may be delayed due to availability at our suppliers. You will be contacted if there are any significant delays to your order.
If you require faster shipping service please call and ask for our warehouse manager and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. Express shipments will incur higher shipping charges.
