It's simple. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the purchases you make at educationstation.ca. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item, with the exception of reproducible material, in its original, resalable condition, within 30 days of the shipment's receipt.
How to Return or Exchange a Product
1. Take it to one of our Education Station Stores
You can return or exchange a product purchased from educationstation.ca at our either of our Education Station stores.

- Bring the item and the original receipt to our store. If you can, bring the item in its original packing material.
- Give us the reason for your return/exchange.
- Tell the associate if you want a refund on your credit card (minus any shipping charges), or if you wish to exchange the item.
Note: Unless the return/exchange is due to an educationstation.ca error, we can't refund shipping charges.
2. Send Your Return/Exchange to Our Education Station Warehouse
If you don't live near one of our stores, you can return or exchange your item directly to our warehouse.
Note: A restocking fee may apply. Please call for authorization prior to returning. You may reach us at 780-475-4680 (option 2)
- Please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.
- Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
- Send the package back to the address listed below.
- For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like Canpar, UPS or FedEx.
- Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
- We'll process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
- Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
